Processing & Shipping Info

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated on individual product descriptions (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed but we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.

Pre-Orders Information
For some items, the process of production starts within days of receiving your order. It can take up to 15 days to finalise production on some orders - please read the product information under each t-shirt listing for delivery timeframes.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur.

Express orders are not prioritised by Riding Brave - only by Australia Post. See current Australia Post shipping times here. If you do however have an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible!

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue an exchange once it has been returned. Faulty items will not be accepted after 14 days from receiving the item. Please refer to the Return policy for instructions.

Return Policy
We want you to love your t-shirt as much as we loved creating it for you. If in the event you need to change sizes, you are welcome to return the t-shirt (in the same condition you received it) in exchange for a different size, if available, or a store credit. We cannot offer a return if you have changed your mind. 

To return an item, please email us at hello@ridingbrave.com.au so we can ascertain if a different size is in stock, or whether we need to provide you with a store credit. You are responsible for paying for all return shipping costs. 
Please post your item back using a tracked satchel. All items are to be returned within 14 days of receiving for an exchange or store credit to the address below:
