Processing & Shipping Info
Processing Time:
We do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, such as during special launches, we’ll keep you updated through our website and social media. Thank you for your patience and support!
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We use Australia Post to deliver your orders with care. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the shipping method you choose. Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, please refer to their website for the most up-to-date delivery timeframes.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. We know waiting for your package can be exciting, and we appreciate your patience!
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at hello@ridingbrave.com.au While we rely on Australia Post for delivery, we’ll always do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.
Incorrect Shipping Details:
To make sure your order reaches you smoothly, please double-check your shipping details before finalising your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll happily resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives and isn’t quite right, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, but we’re always here to help with any concerns.
Sales Items:
We’re delighted to offer sales from time to time! However, items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. If we have a different size available, we’d be happy to arrange an exchange - just reach out to us to check availability.
