I just placed my order. What's the process from here?

If your item is in stock, I will pack your order and ship it within 3 business days of receiving your order.

For pre-order items, please refer to the individual product listing for an approximate arrival date. If you order an item in stock and a pre-order item, your parcel will not be shipped until both items are in stock.

Do you send orders to PO Boxes?

Yes, I do!

Do you ship overseas?

I am shipping Australia wide at present. International orders may be introduced in the future.

I've already placed an order but I want to add to it. Can I add something and not pay for additional shipping charges?

In most cases yes :) Let me know as soon as you can and I'll let you know whether I can make it work for you. Please contact me at hello@ridingbrave.com.au with your order number.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you live local to Warrandyte VIC 3113, you are welcome to select
'local pick up' upon checking out and I will notify you when your order is
ready for collection, including the pick-up address.
