Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding long weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Pre-Sale Information
For some items, the process of production starts within days on receiving your order. It can take up to 15 days to finalise production on some orders. Pre sale items will be disclosed as such on our website so that there's no confusion when you're ordering.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Australia Post is experiencing high volumes of parcels. There may be some delay in delivery standard and express post parcels.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello2 with your name and order number.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ridingbrave.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You can view our Returns Policy here
